we collect information that is connected to your account when you sign up. this may include your name, email address, and profile information. we also collect instagram account data that you authorize through the instagram graph api, as well as usage data that reflects how you interact with the platform.

• to operate instagram automations, lead tracking, and scheduling on your behalf.
• to operate, maintain, and improve platform functionality.

• vercel (hosting and deployment)
• convex (database and backend services)
• clerk (authentication)
• dodo payments (payment processing)
• instagram graph api (instagram account integration)

6. data access and deletion

you may request the deletion of stored data associated with your forcam account and any instagram accounts you have connected. typical data includes: your forcam profile, workspace members, connected instagram accounts, automations, leads, and automation run logs.

how to request deletion:

1. email us at contact@forcam.com from the email address associated with your forcam account, with the subject data deletion request.
2. include your connected instagram username (optional) to help us locate the records.
3. we verify account ownership and process the deletion within 30 days.
4. if you remove the app from instagram, meta's deauthorize callback automatically deletes the connected instagram account and all related automations, runs, and leads.

once processed, you receive an email confirmation. residual data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 additional days before being purged.

7. children's privacy

the platform is not designed for minors. we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. changes to this policy

we may update this privacy policy from time to time. continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
